If you have an accident or injury on the mountain
Alert the nearest ski patrol or lift staff straight away. They can arrange on-slope rescue and get you to medical help quickly.
If you need urgent medical help, contact the local emergency services. In Europe, the emergency number is 112, which is free to call and connects you to ambulance, police, and fire services. If you're travelling outside Europe, check the local emergency number for your destination.
Once you've been seen to, contact your travel insurance provider, and then let us know what's happened so we can help where we can.

If you become unwell during your trip
For minor illnesses, we recommend visiting a local pharmacy, which can often provide effective treatment and advice. If you become seriously ill or need to return home early, please contact your travel insurance provider first.
