We’re very flexible with payment options and the process to make one is simple through the MyBooking portal. This is the most secure method and is the only way we will request you to make a payment (paying over the phone is not an option).
Whilst we cannot change the original card used to make a payment, you can use any card at any time, to make a payment towards your holiday. Please note we do not accept bank transfers or cash payments.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Please go onto the 'payments' page on your MyBooking portal (How to login to your MyBooking portal)
2 . Click Create New Payment
3. Then you are able to enter any card details and any amount you would like to pay!
