How to login to your MyBooking portal

MyBooking is the home of all your Heidi holiday details. You can find the MyBooking portal at mybooking.heidi.com or on the confirmation email you will have received when booking with us!

 

To login, you will need two things:

  1. The email address of the lead passenger (or the email address you used when making your booking).
  2. Your booking reference number (this starts with SKIZ).

 

Two ways to log in:

Located at the top righthand corner of our website, there is a button that says 'My account'. Once you click this, a drop-down menu will appear, followed by a button which says 'My Booking'. Clicking this will direct you to the My Booking portal.

 

     2. Through your email

 

Found on your confirmation email, there is also a 'View Your Booking' button. Clicking this button will also direct you to the MyBooking portal, allowing you to log in with your email address and SKIZ reference number. 

 

What can I find in the MyBooking portal?

All details you require for your holiday such as flight times, airline reference number(s) and any baggage inclusions can be found here. You can view and download any vouchers you may require from the portal, as well as adding ski extras to your holiday such as equipment hire and ski lessons. This is also where transfer details, ski pass pick up points and loads more information can be located.
