Where are my transfer vouchers?

Don't worry! You might not need one. Some transfer providers require a voucher and others do not.

If a voucher is required for your transfer, it will be:

  • Emailed to you in your pre-departure email, which is sent 5 days before departure

  • Available to download in your MyBooking portal at least 5 days before departure

If you do not see a voucher in your MyBooking portal 5 days before you travel, this simply means your transfer provider does not need one.

In this case, you can just:

  • Use your first and last name when meeting the transfer

  • Follow the instructions under “Transfer” in your MyBooking portal

Multiple Transfer Providers

You may have two different transfer providers connected to your booking.

It is normal to receive:

  • One voucher

  • Multiple vouchers

  • Or no vouchers at all

This depends entirely on the provider's requirements.

If you have received fewer vouchers than transfers, do not worry - this means those remaining transfers do not need a voucher. Please follow the transfer instructions on your MyBooking Portal
