If you’re staying in Saint Gervais – Le Fayet, accessing the Saint-Gervais ski area is extremely easy due to a new gondola link. Although maps may show a long walk or drive to the main ski base, you don’t need to travel by road you can simply take the gondola straight up!

How It Works

1. Start in Saint Gervais – Le Fayet
   From Le Fayet, you can hop onto the gondola, which takes you directly up to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the main village and gateway to the ski area.

2. Arrive in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains
   This is the central village of Saint Gervais
   Here you’ll find:

   • Ski hire shops

   • Cafés and services

   • Another Gondola connecting up to the ski resort 

3. Continue up to the Ski Area
   After picking up your equipment, you can board the second stage of the gondola, which takes you all the way to the top and directly into the ski area.
