Important Update: Ryanair Discontinuing Paper Passes
From November 12, 2025, Ryanair passengers will no longer be able to use boarding passes printed at home.
What This Means for You:
This means that, for all trips with Ryanair after November 12, 2025, you have a few options for accessing your boarding pass:
To check in as normal, then use the Ryanair app to access your boarding pass.
To check in via the Ryanair website before your trip, as you usually would, then ask for help from a Ryanair member of staff on arrival at the airport. Ryanair has confirmed that it will assist passengers in accessing their boarding pass at the airport free of charge, provided they've already checked in on time.
Ryanair's airport assistance also means that you will still be able to access your boarding pass should your phone unfortunately die or break. You'll just need to look for a Ryanair member of staff, and they'll be able to help you print out a new boarding pass.
