Do I need to tell you if I add any type of luggage to my flights?

 

Yes, we will need to be informed if you add any hold luggage or ski/snowboard bags to your flights directly through the airline. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and they can ensure there is enough space in the vehicle. The process for letting us know will vary depending on the type of transfer you have.

Private and shuttle transfers:

If you have a private transfer, please log in to your MyBooking portal and select the 'If you have ski bags' button. This allows you to select how many bags you have with you. 

If you have added hold bags, please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

 

Coach transfers:

If you have a coach transfer, you will need to inform us of any hold bags or ski/snowboard bags directly.
