What should I do if I lose my rental skis or other equipment?

When collecting your ski equipment, you will have the option to pay a small additional fee for insurance. We strongly recommend adding this coverage, as it's surprisingly easy for skis to be misplaced, picked up by someone else by mistake, or lost on the mountain.

If you realise you've lost a piece of equipment, go straight to the rental shop where you collected it. Each shop has its own process for handling lost gear, so please follow their instructions from there.
