Transfers are linked to individual flight bookings, so unfortunately, we’re unable to merge transfers across different reservations. If you’ve booked a private transfer, your driver will track your flight and be informed of any delays. However, if others in your group are arriving on different flights, they’ll need separate transfers - especially in case of any schedule disruptions.

In the past, combining transfers led to issues with bookings, which is why we now keep them separate, even if you are on the same flight as another booking. We want your trip to be as smooth as possible! We understand this may be inconvenient, and we're actively working on improving the system to allow for more flexibility in the future.
