Your voucher will be uploaded 5 days before you travel. You will find all your vouchers in the 'documents' section on your MyBooking portal.

What will I need vouchers for?
• Transfers - This varies by company; some may require vouchers while others do not. Don't worry if you have a voucher for one way but not for the other or none at all!!
• Ski pass and Ski Hire (if purchased) - You'll need these to collect your equipment and passes.
• Ski lessons (if purchased) - This also depends on the company providing the lesson. If there's no voucher and ample information on your MyBooking portal, this company likely does not require a voucher, as they will have the same information as the participant.
For accommodation, only the lead passenger's name is necessary most of the time! Therefore, please use a voucher if one is provided!
For flights, you'll check in with the airline to obtain your boarding pass. Refer to the 'How to check in' help pages for assistance.
