How to check-in to your Ryanair flight

If you've booked a package holiday including Ryanair flights, you may receive an email from Ryanair asking for customer verification. Please don't worry, your flights have not been cancelled! Once you have completed customer verification you will be able to check in to your flights between 2 days and 2 hours before your flight departs. 

How to check-in to your Ryanair flight

1. Go to Ryanair online check-in.
2. Choose the option to log in using your "reservation number".
   
   
   
   
3. Provide the Ryanair e-ticket reference, and the email address you used to complete customer verification. 
4. The Ryanair reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.
