Special requests - Accommodation

We will always do our best to facilitate special requests. Some of the most common special requests we receive relating to accommodation are as follows:

  • Bed configuration
  • Room with a view
  • Dietary requirements

Bed configuration:

If your accommodation states the room can be set up with either a double or twin beds and you have a preference, please do let us know and we will pass on your wishes. Please note that this can not always be guaranteed but they will always do their best to accommodate.

Room with a view:

Some accommodations offer rooms with scenic views, such as mountain or valley views. These are typically considered a different room category and may require an upgrade fee, which we can find out and inform you of any associated costs. If you have a preference for a specific location within the building, such as a higher or lower floor room we are happy to pass your request along to the hotel.

Dietary requirements:

If you have any meals included at your accommodation and have any specific dietary requirements, we recommend getting in touch with them to let them know. On arrival it is always worth reminding them of your dietary requirements.
