We will always do our best to facilitate special requests. Some of the most common special requests we receive relating to transfers are as follows:
- Adding child/booster seats
- Stopping at a supermarket for private transfers
Adding child/Booster seats:
If you have a private transfer and require any child or booster seats for your journeys, please log in to your MyBooking portal and click on 'If you require child seats'.
Here you will be able to select how many you require. By clicking submit, this allows our operations department to request this with our transfer supplier.
If you have a shuttle or coach transfer, some of our suppliers will be able to provide child/booster seats and this will be added to your booking. If they are unable to provide this, we will get in contact with you to provide next steps.
Stopping at a supermarket for private transfers:
Each transfer supplier will have different policies regarding stops on the way to your accommodation and it will largely depend on their schedules. Our suppliers will always assist with special requests where possible and usually require a fee for doing so. If this is something you are interested in, please do reach out to us.
