There are two ways to add ski or snowboard bags, depending on where you are in your booking process:

Before you book: you can add ski or snowboard bags through Heidi as part of your booking.

After you've booked: ski or snowboard bags need to be added directly with your airline. The process differs from airline to airline, so please follow the guide for your specific airline.

To add them with your airline, go to our Check-in / Add bags to your flight page, select your airline, and follow the step-by-step instructions for that carrier.

Once you've added ski or snowboard carriage with the airline, please let us know by following these instructions. This lets us inform your transfer provider so they can make sure there's enough space in the vehicle.
