Can I change the transfer type?
Yes! If you’d like to change your transfer type, please request this at least 10 days before your holiday start date. All changes are subject to availability.
We offer three types of transfers:
Private transfers – Door-to-door service (unless you're staying in a car-free resort).
Shuttle transfers – Also door-to-door, shared with passengers from your flight or other flights. A wait may be required while all passengers arrive.
Coach transfers – Drop-off is at a local bus or coach station or designated stop, usually as close as possible to your accommodation. A short walk or local shuttle/funicular may be needed. Coach transfers run on a fixed schedule.
If you'd like to keep the same type of transfer but change the departure time, please contact us and we will check whether this is possible.
