Yes! If you'd like to change your transfer type, please let us know at least 10 days before your holiday start date. All changes are subject to availability.

We offer three types of transfer:

• Private transfers: a door-to-door service (unless you're staying in a car-free resort).
• Shuttle transfers: also door-to-door, but shared with passengers from your flight or other flights, so there may be a short wait while everyone arrives.
• Coach transfers: drop-off is at a local bus or coach station or a designated stop, usually as close to your accommodation as possible. A short walk or a local shuttle or funicular may be needed. Coach transfers run to a fixed schedule.

If you'd like to keep the same transfer type but change the departure time, please get in touch, and we'll check whether that's possible.
