Passenger removal

If you'd like to remove someone from your booking, our team is here to help! Please note only the lead passenger can make changes to the booking and we will require written confirmation via email. This change needs to be requested and confirmed no later than 7 days prior to departure.  

 

Our cancellation policy is applicable only when the entire booking is cancelled. Reducing the number of guests is not considered a cancellation.

 

How does removing someone affect the holiday price?

Should one or more member of a party need to be removed from the booking, it may increase the per person holiday price of those still travelling and you will be liable to pay this increase.

Examples:

  • Private transfers: If you have a private transfer, the vehicle is still required, so we cannot offer a refund, and the overall booking price remains unchanged.

  • Accommodation: If you’ve booked an apartment for 6 people but only 5 will stay, we can’t refund any amount since the apartment price is set for the whole group, not per person.

  • Flights: These are non-refundable and you may wish to do a name change, so that a new person can take on the associated holiday costs for the person who can no longer travel. Please note passenger changes and costs are subject to the airlines policies.

The costs associated with removing someone from a booking can vary depending on the specifics of your booking. Each package and service may have different terms, such as non-refundable components. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of any changes once we review your booking.

 

Documentation:

If the individual that is being removed from the booking will be looking to claim on their travel insurance, we can provide a travel insurance letter to support their claim. Please provide a brief reason for the cancellation so that we can include this within the letter.
