If your hotel is part of Pierre & Vacances, your My Booking portal may show your stay as 7 nights, even if your holiday is shorter. This is because Pierre & Vacances only allows bookings in 7-day blocks.

At Heidi, we want to make these properties available for shorter trips too. Therefore, we allow our customers to book flights and transfers for any dates, and work around this with Pierre & Vacances. 

If your hotel dates look different from your holiday dates, please first check if you are staying at a Pierre & Vacances. If you are, there’s nothing to worry about - our team will contact the hotel before your trip to confirm your actual check-in and check-out dates.

This ensures the hotel is expecting you on the correct days, so your stay will be smooth and stress-free. You don’t need to do anything - this is just how their booking system works, and it won’t affect your holiday.
