If you miss your flight:
Outbound - If you miss your outbound flight not due to cancellation you will need to let us know so we can inform your transfer supplier that you will not be arriving as expected. You will also be responsible for reorganising your new outbound flight and transfer if our supplier can't wait, we can provide a list of recommended transfer suppliers.
Inbound - If you miss your inbound flight due to delays on the road/trains please let us know so we can help to reorganise your flight. If you don't let us know you and pay for your own flights you will need to claim this fee back from your travel insurer.
