This information should all be found on your MyBooking page under 'Transfer details'!
Two main types of instructions:
- A pick-up time for your transfer back to the airport will be given in advance. This time will be displayed under the 'meeting point' on your MyBooking
- You will receive an SMS text message from your transfer provider the day before you are due to travel home letting you know what time you will be picked up. This will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided when making the booking. If you haven't received this message by 6pm the day before you are due to travel home, please call your transfer provider using the phone number at the bottom of page.

We trust our suppliers to assign the best possible transfer times to ensure you don’t miss your flight. Sometimes this means your pick-up may be scheduled quite early.
