Delayed flight

We do monitor all our flight bookings, but sometimes you may receive notifications before our system does, therefore, it’s always best to follow these steps!

 

Step 1

Call your transfer 

This depends on the transfer type you have; however, it is best to inform them directly if you are running late/don't think you will make the shuttle/coach.

Step 2 

If you have not been able to get in touch directly with your transfer provider, please call our 24/7 phone line on +44 117 205 0167 our team will be able to support. 

We will be able to help:

-Getting in touch with your transfer if you can't

-Arranging another transfer if needed
