Add bags for TUI

  1. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - The TUI reference is a 8-character numeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.                                                                                                        
  2. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.

Once you have the reference:

  1. Then go to TUI.co.uk
  2. Click "Bookings" then "My Bookings"                                                       
  3. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the TUI e-ticket reference and your departure date.                                                                                      
  4. Then Scroll down to "Add Bags"
  5. If there is no option to add bags or ski/snowboard carriage, you will need to call TUI directly on  +44 20 3451 2688.
  6. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
