- The SAS reference is shown in the 'Flight details' section of your Heidi MyBooking account as Ticket reference.
- You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.
Once you have the reference:
- Go to flysas.com
- Click "My bookings"
- Provide the booking reference and Last name of the lead passenger - The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal under the 'Passenger details' section
- Then Scroll down to see what you have included already and you can click "Add Bags" if you require any further baggage for your flight.
- If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
