- Go to Norwegian.com
- Click "Find reservation"
- Click "Find booking" (please don't sign in)
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the Norwegian e-ticket reference.
- The Norwegian reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.
