Add bags for Norwegian Air

  1. The Norwegian reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal.
    You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here

Once you have the reference:

  1. Go to Norwegian.com
  2. Click "Find reservation"
  3. Click "Find booking" (please don't sign in)
  4. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the Norwegian e-ticket reference.
  5. Then Scroll down to see what you have included already and you can click "Order baggage" if you require any further baggage for your flight. If you are looking for ski bag click 'Order special baggage'.
  6. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
