To add ski bags, contact us for an additional reference you will need. After getting this, please fill out this form from the airline linked here.
To add normal checked bags - Please follow these steps:
- The Swiss reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal under the 'Passenger details' section.
- You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.
Once you have the reference:

Go to Swiss Manage My Booking.
- Provide Swiss e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal under the 'Passenger details' section.
- Should you wish to add any ski/snowboard carriage, you will need a 13 character ticket reference. You will need to contact us in order for us to provide you with this reference.
- If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
