Your included baggage allowance:
As standard, your baggage allowance with Vueling is one small cabin bag per person (up to 40 x 30 x 20cm), included free with your fare, which must fit under the seat in front of you. A large cabin bag (up to 55 x 40 x 20cm, weighing up to 10kg, stored in the overhead locker) and hold luggage are optional extras.
If you added extra bags through Heidi when you booked, these will show on your Heidi booking confirmation. If you add bags directly with Vueling, these won't appear on your Heidi booking confirmation — they'll show in your Vueling booking instead.
Want to add more bags? Please follow the steps below:
- Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - The Vueling reference code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.

Once you have the reference:
- Go to the Vueling website.
- Select "Check-in".
- Select "Airport" and provide the "booking code, departure date and departure airport.
- Click the 'My trips' section and select 'add bags' or click 'special luggage' to add ski/snowboard carriage.
- If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below
