- Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - The Vueling reference code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.

Once you have the reference:
- Go to the Vueling website.
- Select "Check-in".
- Select "Airport" and provide the "booking code, departure date and departure airport.
- Click the 'My trips' section and select 'add bags' or click 'special luggage' to add ski/snowboard carriage.
- If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below
