If you are trying to access your flight details on the Jet2 app and it asks to request access, please give us a quick call, and we will be able to approve this for you. (It takes two seconds for us to approve, but it may take some time to load!)
- Go to Jet2 Manage My Booking.
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger, the Jet2 e-ticket reference, and the date of your outbound flight.
- The Jet2 reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.
