1. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - The Ryanair reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal.
2. You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.     

Once you have the reference:

1. Go to Ryanair online check-in.                                                                             
2. Choose the option to log in using your "reservation number". 
3. Provide the Ryanair e-ticket reference, and the email address you used to complete the booking, then log in to your account with Ryanair.
4. On the left hand side you will see the below options: 

         This is where you can add bags and skis/snowboards under the heading 'Sports Equipment'.

      5. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following                these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate                  space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
