- Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - This is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
- Provide the "passenger's last name". This is the surname of the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.
Once you have the reference:
- Go to the Wizz Air website
- Click on "Check-in & bookings" in the top navigation.
- Provide the "confirmation code". This is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
- Then Scroll down to see what you have included already and you can click 'Add baggage' or 'Add Sports Equipment'.
Sometimes WizzAir will make you log in, please try to log into your account and pay, but if this doesn't work we can try for you!
5. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
