1. The Aer Lingus reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal , and on your booking confirmation document.
   The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal and on your confirmation document.                                                           

1. Go to Aer Lingus Manage My Booking.
2. Select the "Manage trip" option.
3. Provide the family name of the lead passenger on your booking and the Aer Lingus e-ticket reference.
                                                                                                     
4. Then Scroll down to see what you have included already and you can click "Add Bags" or 'Add Sports Equipment' if you require any additional baggage for your flights.
5. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
