Add bags for British Airways

 

  1. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket refence number - The British Airways reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight detail' section of your Heidi MyBooking portal.
  2. You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.     
  3. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.       

Once you have the reference:

  1. Go to the British Airways website.
  2. Click on "Manage" in the top navigation                                      BA1.JPG
  3. Click on "Find my booking"
  4. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the British Airways e-ticket reference.                                                                                                                                                                                  

  5. Then Scroll down to see what you have included already and you can click "Add Bags" if you require any further baggage for your flight. Ski/snowboard carriage can also be added by clicking this option as they class this as 'checked luggage'. You can check the dimensions of what is allowed on their website.
  6. In order to change your existing prepaid extra baggage allowance, you must first cancel your purchase and then make a new extra baggage purchase. 
  7. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
