Your included baggage allowance:

As standard, your baggage allowance with easyJet is one small under-seat cabin bag per person, included free with your fare. It can measure a maximum of 45 x 36 x 20cm (including handles and wheels), weigh up to 15kg, and must fit under the seat in front of you. Larger cabin bags (up to 56 x 45 x 25cm, stored in the overhead locker) and hold luggage are optional extras.

If you added extra bags through Heidi when you booked, these will show on your Heidi booking confirmation. If you add bags directly with easyJet, these won't appear on your Heidi booking confirmation — they'll show in your easyJet booking instead.

Before you start: find your easyJet reference:

1. You'll need to get your e-ticket reference number - the EasyJet reference is a seven-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight details' section of your Heidi MyBooking portal. You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.       
    
2. You'll also need the surname of your lead passenger — that's the first person listed in your MyBooking portal and on your booking confirmation

Add your bags on the easyJet website:

1. Go to the easyJet website.
2. Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right. 
3. Click "Manage Bookings"                                                                                                                             
4. Choose the "Find Booking" toggle                                       .
5. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.
6. Scroll down to this section:                                                                                                                                                         
7. Here you are able to see what you have included already and you can click "Add luggage/sports equipment" if you require any extra luggage for your flight. This is where you can also add ski or snowboard carriage.
8. If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
