- Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket reference number - the EasyJet reference is a seven-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight details' section of your Heidi MyBooking portal.

- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.
Once you have the reference:
- Go to the EasyJet website.
- Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right.
- Click "Manage Bookings"

Choose the "Find Booking" toggle .
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.
- Scroll down to this section:
- Here you are able to see what you have included already and you can click "Add luggage/sports equipment" if you require any extra luggage for your flight. This is where you can also add ski or snowboard carriage.
- If you have added any ski/snowboard carriage directly with the airline, please notify us following these instructions. This allows us to inform your transfer provider and ensure there is adequate space in the vehicle. If you have added hold bags only, please contact us using the details below.
