All the information you will need for your transfer to and from the airport can be found in your MyBooking account at mybooking.heidi.com. You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking account here.
Clicking on the section 'Transfer details' in MyBooking, you can see all the information you will need for your journey, such as your transfer provider, specific transfer instructions and a phone number to contact your transfer provider.
Sometimes we are given a pick-up time for your transfer back to the airport in advance. This time will be displayed under the 'meeting point' instructions where we have it.
In other cases, you will receive an SMS text message from your transfer provider the day before you are due to travel home letting you know what time you will be picked up. This will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided when making the booking.
If you haven't received this message by 6pm the day before you are due to travel home, please call your transfer provider using the phone number at the bottom of page.
