Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip. You can check the entry requirements for your destination on the gov.uk website.

If you'd like to select seats for an additional fee, you can do this and check in from 30 days until 3 hours before your flight departs. If you don't wish to select a seat, you can check in online from 24 hours before your flight departs.

You can check in on the airline's website or app. First, you'll need two things:

1. Your WizzAir E-ticket reference — a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
2. The lead passenger's surname — the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.

On the website:

1. Go to the WizzAir website.

2. Click "Check-in & bookings" in the top navigation.
   

   

3. Enter the E-ticket reference in the "Confirmation code" box and the lead passenger's surname.

On the app:

1. If you're automatically signed in to a personal account, sign out first.
2. Press "Find booking" in the bottom right of your screen
3. Enter the Lead Passenger's surname and your E-ticket reference number
