Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is all up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip - you can check the entry requirements for your destination via the gov.uk website!
If you would like to select seats for an additional fee you can do this and check in from 30 days until 3 hours before your flight departs.
If you do not wish to select a seat you are able to check-in online from 24 hours before your flight departs.
You are able to access this on the airline's website or app. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket reference number:
- This is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
- This is the surname of the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.
On the Website:
- Go to the Wizz air website
- Click on "Check-in & bookings" in the top navigation.
- Provide the "confirmation code" and provide the "lead's passengers last name".
On the app
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
