Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip. You can check the entry requirements for your destination on the gov.uk website.

You can check in to your Vueling flight online from 24 hours before your flight departs.

You can check in on the airline's website or app. First, you'll need the following:

1. Your Vueling e-ticket reference — a code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document. You can find our guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.
2. The lead passenger's surname — the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.
3. Your departure airport — shown in the flights section of your MyBooking portal.
4. Your departure date — shown in the flights section of your MyBooking portal.                                         

On the website:

1. Go to the Vueling website.
2. Select "Check-in".
3. Select "Airport"
4. Enter your Vueling E-ticket reference, the lead passenger's surname, your departure airport, and your departure date.
   
   
   
    

On the app:

1. If you're automatically signed in to a personal account, sign out first.
2. Press "Continue without signing up"
3. Press "Airport"
4. Enter your Vueling E-ticket reference, the lead passenger's surname, your departure airport, and your departure date.
