- Provide Swiss e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.
- The Swiss reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your Booking Confirmation document.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.
