How to check-in to your Lufthansa flights

You can check-in to your Lufthansa flights online from 30 hours before your flight departs. 

1. Go to Lufthansa Online Check-in.
   
   
   
   
2. Provide Lufthansa e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.
3. The Lufthansa reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.

4. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.
