Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is all up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip - you can check the entry requirements for your destination via the gov.uk website!
You can check-in to your Lufthansa flights online from 30 hours before your flight departs.
You are able to access this on the airline's website or app. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket reference number:
- The Lufthansa reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal.

- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal under the 'Passenger details' section.
On the Website:
- Go to Lufthansa Online Check-in.
- Provide Lufthansa e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.
On the app
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
