Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is all up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip - you can check the entry requirements for your destination via the gov.uk website.
You can check in to your Jet2 flights from 28 days to 6 hours before your flight departs.
If you are trying to access your flight details on the Jet2 app and it asks to request access, please give us a quick call, and we can approve this for you. (It takes two seconds for us to approve, but it may take some time to load!)
You can check in on the airline's website or app. First, you'll need a few things:
- Your Jet2 E-ticket reference — a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal. You can find our guide for logging into your MyBooking portal here.
- The lead passenger's surname — the first person listed under 'Passenger details' in your Heidi MyBooking portal.
- Your outbound flight date — shown in the flights section of your MyBooking portal. If you're only travelling on the inbound flight, please use that flight's date instead.
On the Website
- Go to Jet2 Manage My Booking.
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger, the Jet2 e-ticket reference, and the date of your outbound flight.
On the App:
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
- Press "Continue without an account"
- Press "Bookings" at the bottom of the screen
- Press "Enter individual booking details
- Enter your E-ticket reference, lead passenger surname, and your outbound flight date
