You can check in to your flight 24 hours before it departs.
You are able to access this on the airline's website or app.
On the Website:
- Go to the British Airways website.
- Click on "Manage" in the top navigation
- Click on"Find my booking"

Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the British Airways e-ticket reference.
- The British Airways reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight detail' section of your Heidi MyBooking account. You can find our helpful guide for logging into your MyBooking account here.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.
On the app
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
