When you make a booking with us, we don't know if you have an EasyJet account, or what it is. So your flight booking will not appear in your EasyJet account.
- Go to the EasyJet website.
- Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right.
- Click the "Check in" button on the top right of the page.
- Choose the "Find Booking" toggle.
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.
- The EasyJet reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight details' section of your Heidi MyBooking account.

- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.
You can check in between 30 days and 2 hours before your flight departs and you can download or print your boarding passes for all your flights.

The EasyJet website doesn't open the Check In black box as stated so not possible to manage your booking without a booking reference.
