When you make a booking with us, we don't know if you have an EasyJet account, or what it is. So your flight booking will not appear in your EasyJet account.
- Go to the EasyJet website.
- Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right.
- Click the "Check in" button on the top right of the page.
- Choose the "No account" toggle.
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.
- The EasyJet reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.
- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.
