You can check in between 30 days and 2 hours before your flight departs and you can download or print your boarding passes for all your flights.
As we made this booking for you, please make sure you are signed out of your personal account when accessing your booking!
You are able to access this on the airline's website or app.
On the Website:
- Go to the EasyJet website.
- Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right.
- Click the "Check in" button on the top right of the page.
- Choose the "Find Booking" toggle.
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.
- The EasyJet reference is a seven-character alphanumeric code shown in the 'Flight details' section of your Heidi MyBooking account.

- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.
On the app
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
