So, you have some friends or a family member who would like to join you on your holiday? Fantastic!
We may be able to help add them onto the package you have already booked with us. This will depend on the answer to the 'accommodation' and 'transfer' questions below.
Accommodation: Can the rooms/units you have already booked as part of your holiday package accommodate the additional passenger(s)?
Transfer: Can the transfer you have already booked as part of your holiday package accommodate the additional passenger(s)?
If the answer to BOTH OF THE ABOVE is YES, here is what you need to do:
- Ask the additional passenger(s) to book their own flights. Unfortunately this isn’t something we can do for them at this stage. We strongly recommend booking the same flights as those you are on. If different flights are booked we cannot guarantee the transfer will wait, especially in case of delays, and we will not be able to cover any additional costs if this happens.
- Once the customer has booked their flights, let us know. We can then add them to your accommodation and transfer booking. This must be done at least 7 days before your holiday; any later and we can’t guarantee that the transfer or accommodation will accept them.
Please note that the customer won’t receive a booking confirmation from us. We’re just helping out by getting the hotel and transfer to accept them for free, rather than placing them on your Heidi booking.
This also means that the additional passengers(s) will need to book their ski passes and hire separately.
If the answer to the ACCOMMODATION question is YES, but the TRANSFER question is NO, here is what you need to do:
- Ask the additional passenger(s) to book their own flights and transfer. Unfortunately this isn’t something we can do for them at this stage.
- Once the customer has made these, let us know. We can then add them to your accommodation booking. This must be done at least 7 days before your holiday; any later and we can’t guarantee that the accommodation will accept them.
Please note that the customer won’t receive a booking confirmation from us. We’re just helping out by getting the hotel to accept them for free, rather than placing them on your Heidi booking.
This also means that the additional passengers(s) will need to book their ski passes and hire separately.
If the customer would like a full booking with us, then they would need to make a new booking on the website.
If the answer to BOTH OF THE ABOVE is NO:
Unfortunately there isn’t space to add the extra passenger(s) to your accommodation or transfer booking.
This means that if they would like to join you, they will need to make a new booking for the same resort on the website.
Sorry we can't do more to help with this at this point. However, your Booking Confirmation should have all the holiday details on to help your friends or family put together a similar package for themselves on our website.
