Sometimes your plans change and you need to make amendments to your holiday booking; you need to shift the date by a week or a friend would like to join you. If so, we’ll do our very best to help you make the changes you need. We'll never charge you any admin fees for changing your holiday, but your airline and hotel may do so, and we'll have to pass these on to you if they do.
If you need to change your booking, please email customers@heidi.com and we can let you know what fees the suppliers will charge (if any).
We separate booking change requests into "major" and "minor" types of changes. Below are the types of change requests classed as “major” and “minor” and the latest possible point we can make these changes for you.
"Minor" changes - can be requested and confirmed no later than 5 days before departure.

- Transfer time change
- Ski pass add-on
- Ski hire add-on
- Ski pass amendment
- Ski hire amendment
- Flight time change
- Bed configuration change
- Board basis change
- Lead passenger change
"Major" changes - can be requested and confirmed no later than 7-days prior to departure.
- Resort change
- Date change
- Passenger add-on
- Passenger dropout
- Accommodation change
- Room change
- Ski pass amendment
- Ski lesson amendment
Please be aware that although we work very hard to be as flexible as possible sometimes we are constrained by processes that are out of our control and may not be able to fulfill your request for a change even if requested before the timescales stated above.
