If you booked your holiday before 11:00am on 13 November 2025, your booking is not eligible for the Black Friday discount. Unfortunately, we cannot apply the discount retrospectively to existing bookings made before the promotional period.

1. I’ve already booked my ski holiday – can I get the Black Friday discount?

The Black Friday discount applies only to new bookings made during the sale period (13 November – 2 December 2025).
If your booking was made before this time, it is not eligible for the discount. We’re unable to adjust existing bookings or apply discounts retrospectively.

2. Can I cancel and rebook to get the Black Friday price?

You can make a new booking if you wish, but your original booking would need to be cancelled first.
Please note that standard cancellation terms and fees will apply, and availability or prices may change in the meantime. If you would like to check the potential cancellation cost, our team can help.

3. I’ve already booked but haven’t paid my balance yet. Will I still get the discount?

No. The discount applies only to new bookings confirmed during the sale period, not to remaining balance payments or existing bookings.

4. Will I get a discount if I add extras (like lift passes or transfers) to my booking during the sale?

No. The discount amount is based on the total per-person price at the time the booking is confirmed.
Extras added after your booking was confirmed will not change or increase your discount.

5. My friend is booking the same trip now. Will they get the discount?

If your friend makes a new booking during the Black Friday period, the discount will apply automatically based on their per-person holiday price.
Each booking is priced individually, so their total may differ from yours depending on what they select.

6. I did not receive a promo code for the discount. Why is this?

There are no promo codes for the discount. Sale prices are automatically applied during the Black Friday period. The prices shown on our website during the sale already include the discount.
