We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to your ski lessons. If you need to make amendments - such as changing lesson dates, times, group sizes, or cancelling altogether - we’re here to help.
When to Request Amendments:
Any request to amend or cancel ski lessons must be submitted to our Customer Support Team no later than 15 days before your departure date. This allows us enough time to coordinate with our lesson providers and work through any changes needed. Each of our suppliers has their own terms and conditions - especially during peak weeks - we can’t guarantee that every amendment or cancellation will be accepted. However, we will always explore all available options and do our very best to support your request.
When to Request Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your ski lessons, please contact our customer support team no later than 30 days before departure.
Please note that this timeframe can vary depending on who the ski lessons are booked with.
Some providers, such as ESF and Maison Sport may allow cancellations within as little as 10 days of the lesson.
It’s always worth getting in touch as soon as possible so we can check the exact terms that apply to your booking.
